We have observed that the social fabric in terms of family structure is shifting towards Nuclear Family. More and more people are now moving overseas for Job or business. This leaves them to stay away from their parents / families. The complexity of today's business environment, mind-boggling pace of change & the accompanying demands have a tremendous impact on an individual and the way he performs. Although technology has brought the distance closer but people still have concerns. How would the families & parents (back home) of NRIs manage is still an unanswered question for millions.

For several months, we have extended our research into the concerns that are faced by our NRI community with relation to taking care of their parents and family. How can we help our NRI community handle this concern? What are their needs? What can we do to enable them have a peace of mind? What can we do to create an environment in which "living tension free is the way of being"?

The concept of Midson Care services grew out of this experience. For us Midson Care is not just a business, it’s a way of living …. to Give & to Provide …… to Care. Midson Care helps deliver to your parents and families (back home) the same health, wellbeing and lifestyle that you want to provide them. “Care ” is at the genesis of our services.
